SHIPPING - We ship from Glendale, California. Orders are handled F.O.B freight prepaid from our warehouse. Freight charges are added to invoice amounts. We have considered raising prices to include shipping costs, but think that unfairly penalizes those customers that are located close to us since we would have to average our costs for shipping across the United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the USA will be shipped based on your preference of carrier.

RETURNS - Basically we stand behind our products. If something does not meet your requirements please contact us immediately. While we are fairly liberal about returns, we also reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise before granting credit. Many of our items are hand crafted and/or decorated. Quality issues can be subjective but in most cases we will consider your evaluation as long as it is not abusively used. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of up to 20%. Returns must be shipped the least expensive way to receive any credit and we do not issue 'Call Tags'. Claims for damage or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for the total of the shipment. We no longer offer Net 30 terms as most of our clients have decided to use credit cards for payment.

COD or DROP SHIPMENTS - We do not handle COD or Drop shipments.
